About The Position

Lead Safety With Purpose: A Day in the Life You start your morning on the production floor—eyes on critical processes, ears tuned to employee feedback. By mid-morning, you’re reviewing incident trends, guiding a learning team through Human Performance concepts, and confirming corrective actions from yesterday’s near-miss are on track. After lunch, you coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and HR to align training, update the Safety Committee agenda, and prep for an upcoming audit. Before you leave, you check in with the security vendor on site protocols and close the loop on environmental reporting tasks tied to air permits and hazardous materials. If an emergency arises, you’re ready to respond—even after hours.
