About The Position

In this leadership role as the Plant Controller will be responsible for the reporting of the manufacturing operation's financial results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accounting, cost accounting, operations management (business)
5 – 10 years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounting
Advanced MS Excel, ERP expertise, such as SAP CO module (preferred)
Experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis

Responsibilities

Analyze full manufacturing & plant operations
Maintain cost accounting system and cost ledger
Analyze production costs, material consumption, and inventory levels
Determine inputs for standard costs, including hourly and overhead rates
Analyze inventory valuations, trends, reserves
Collaborate with plant management to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and enhance profitability
Perform plant audit requirements for year-end close
Support on corporate & local projects
