The Plant Controller for Goodyear's Fayetteville, NC plant is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial results of the plant, including budgets, forecasts, and internal controls. This role involves coordinating with various groups to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. The Plant Controller will also manage local finance personnel and partner with the Plant Leadership Team to achieve financial goals and develop talent within the finance organization.
