About The Position

This is a full-time on-site role located in Charleston, AR for a Plant Controller. Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of the company including analyzing financial information for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks involve daily reporting, inventory control, and overseeing accounting staff. Controller is actively involved in special projects, such as product cost analysis, evaluation of capital expenditures and new product offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
• Ability to work on-site in Charleston, AR
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.) are a plus, but not required
