About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and invoice processing. Support plant operations by coordinating schedules, tracking inventory, and maintaining essential documentation. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following company policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling administrative tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with plant personnel and external stakeholders.
