About The Position

The Plant Business Partner supports the Plant Leadership Team to ensure the quality of service delivered and success of operational support.  This role will work closely with the General Manager, their direct reports, and internal and external customers to present Coty as a World Class Leader.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment, or Administrative Assistant role
  • Strong Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations desired
  • Possess excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SAP system
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital communication and graphic tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the General/Plant Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as needed in daily activities
  • Handle extensive follow-up subjects referred by the Leadership Team to other management personnel for information and comment
  • Frequently contact persons of substantially higher rank within and outside the company to supply or obtain information often needed quickly.  These situations often require considerable discretion and tact
  • Oversee the Company Store, inventory flow, staffing and budget with guidance of the HR Director or designee
  • Serve as site communication lead ensuring consistency and use of appropriate tools as well as continuous improvement
  • Site PPE coordinator (coordinate uniforms, safety shoes & safety glasses)
  • Serve as primary contact for site tours by outside visitors/groups
  • Facilitate outside donation requests and community outreach support/funding with guidance of HR Director or designee
  • Execute the stock allocation Daily Management System (DMS) and track all process measures and Key Process Indicators (KPIs)
  • Administrative functions including facilitating meetings and travel, completing expense reports, ordering supplies, etc
  • Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Responsible for managing the site canteen, including budget oversight and operational standards
  • Lead internal and external communication initiatives to ensure consistency and engagement
  • Animate the Sustainability Committee, driving new action plans, routines, and targets
  • Define and maintain the plant’s visual standards, including signage, meeting rooms, and overall site aesthetics
  • Act as Project Leader for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with site objectives
  • Adherence to site GMP rules
  • Other duties as assigned
