About The Position

This role is for the Administrative Assistant for the Batesville Composite Operations Site, who will be responsible for a range of tasks focused around helping to maintain a smooth plant operation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Responsibilities

  • Directly support and assist with assigned tasks from the Site Leadership Team
  • Assist in purchasing of all supplies for Production Leadership
  • Complete SSS Ordering for Production Leadership
  • Assist scheduling and maintaining conference rooms
  • Ownership and maintenance of the site email distribution lists
  • Ownership of vendor relationships and communication, including but not limited to: uniform pants & shirts, safety shoes, on-site vending services
  • Assist with visitors to the site (i.e. scheduling, badging)
  • Assist with setting up site events (i.e. catering, room schedules, event preparation)
  • Assist in setting up and preparing for site meetings such as all hands, celebrations
  • Create Production Packets and Labels for the production floor
  • Order Tracking, Troubleshooting and Escalation
  • Assist with site engagement activities (i.e. fund raising, donation compiling/submissions)
  • Other duties as assign
