Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional data entry skills (speed and accuracy very important).
  • Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented and capable of juggling and prioritizing multiple tasks at one time.
  • Preferably has completed at least Sophomore year of college; willing to also consider recent grads or two-year students. (associate degree)
  • Business major or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, travel arrangements, and coordinating travel visas with headquarters in China.
  • Maintaining customer visit calendar and arranging lunches, etc.
  • Assisting visitors to plant with iLobby system, ensuring personal protective equipment issued and available at all times.
  • Updating work instructions as directed by Operations and Engineering using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assisting site leadership team with various clerical / data entry tasks.
  • Assisting plant HR team with various tasks.
