Denver's Right-of-Way Services (ROWS) manages most activities in the City's right-of-way. ROWS is responsible for determining requirements for improvements in the public right-of-way, as well as reviewing plans for regulatory compliance, issuing permits, and inspecting work in the areas of transportation, wastewater, and survey. The Engineering and Regulatory (ER) Coordination team within ROWS is looking for a Plans Review Specialist II to support our work in evaluating capital projects, utility projects, and land use proposals within the public right-of-way (ROW).
