Requirements

1–2 years of experience minimum in Supply Chain, Delivery Assurance, or a related field (Planning or Logistics experience is highly valued).
Experience in handling cross-team communication and correspondence in a productive and streamlined manner.
Knowledge in utilizing ERP systems; SAP is a bonus.
Managing and working in shared Excel documents, handling Outlook and shared team files.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Handle part releases as orders require through SAP.
Update the team shared document to include the following information: Stock on Hand for parts, Delivery Quantities, Shipped Quantities.
Proactively manage deferrals, releases, and expedited orders, ensuring system data reflects physical reality.
Coordinate and escalate with customer team as needed for high priority part assistance.
Communicate across teams to acquire details as to reason for delays.
