Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience minimum in Supply Chain, Delivery Assurance, or a related field (Planning or Logistics experience is highly valued).
  • Experience in handling cross-team communication and correspondence in a productive and streamlined manner.
  • Knowledge in utilizing ERP systems; SAP is a bonus.
  • Managing and working in shared Excel documents, handling Outlook and shared team files.
  • Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle part releases as orders require through SAP.
  • Update the team shared document to include the following information: Stock on Hand for parts, Delivery Quantities, Shipped Quantities.
  • Proactively manage deferrals, releases, and expedited orders, ensuring system data reflects physical reality.
  • Coordinate and escalate with customer team as needed for high priority part assistance.
  • Communicate across teams to acquire details as to reason for delays.
