Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected senior or recently graduated students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7. Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, p articipation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15, 2026 ; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategy and Planning Intern to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, or Plano, TX. This role will provide hands-on experience in strategic planning, market research, and data analysis while contributing to impactful projects that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in senior year or a recent graduate of an undergraduate program
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning principles.
  • To qualify for the summer internship, the candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the length of the internship program.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Python.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in technology or consumer electronics.
  • Ability to present findings to senior leadership effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic plans and business strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
