Planner This individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as-built schedules, recovery schedules, technical support, and tracking earned value on projects. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Education : No minimum requirement
Experience : Minimum 4 years in industrial planning and scheduling
Certifications/Licenses : A Valid TWIC Card and Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance
Develop work packages through job walks
Assist projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, documentation, and modifications
Produce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality
Design project schedules and contract agreements, maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, and prepare reports for client support
Generate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous month
Provide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepancies
Support schedule and time impact analysis exercises
Plan pump maintenance and repairs accurately
Understand industry QC and safety standards
Skilled in pipe and millwright work
SAP experience
Other duties as assigned
