Requirements

  • BA degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills required including Pivot Table
  • Retail math proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Self-starter
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility is also important as the daily routine may be impacted with special projects

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update weekly financial reporting
  • Maintain OTB and revise plans to the trends and needs of the business.
  • Responsible for reviewing sales to stock ratios, communicating changing sales trends to maximize sales and profitability
  • Responsible for identifying door opportunities and risks based on weekly sales trends
  • Manage quarterly Market Share data
  • Setting up and maintaining seasonal sales tracker reporting
  • Identify outstanding doors – over performing and underperforming doors
  • Identify opportunities in performing doors
  • Identify issues/concerns in slow underperforming doors
  • Maintain relationship with field team
  • Act as liaison to field team for store visits
  • Run store visit recaps as needed
  • Run product analysis recaps by store as needed
  • Maintain replenishment reports
  • Create Ad Hoc departmental reports as needed
