Sr. Planner The Sr. Planner will be responsible for leading Detailed Planning and Activity control for assigned work centers within planning team – Aston, PA location. You will prioritize planning for work centers and developing a cohesive relationship amongst stakeholders to adhere and attain on time delivery of job order processing to meet Customer demands (ensure COTD). You will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and execution of production planning and scheduling on day-to-day basis to control and support end-to-end supply chain. You will establish and maintain positive working relationships within assigned teams and with all departments. You will spend most of the time leveling production plans, work center capacity/loads, optimizing material allocations, prioritizing incoming inspections, assembly inspections, stockroom picking and external parts supply to ensure production plan adherence. There will be a strong focus on ensuring inter-department coordination and handoffs support hitting revenue targets and Customer On Time Delivery. ESCO offers a 4/40 work schedule (M – Thu) along with normal option of 5/40 schedule (M – Fri). This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility. Responsible for detailed schedule for assigned work centers, in accordance with the Master Production Schedule for products, proposal efforts, and/or production processes. Provides Planning guidance and support to assembly line SME’s, Leaders and overall operations executions team personnel on daily basis with complete objectives and transparency. Addresses, Optimizes, mitigates and Solves material and inventory supply to support total adherence of Job orders and overall planning execution problems with a broad perspective to identify and drive solutions. Proactively works to maintain master schedule integrity by identifying, expediting, and optimizing supply material in to meet the production plan wherever possible, and elevates issues immediately in the event of plan failure for re-scheduling, which includes scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes, and backlog. Reviews and coordinates rejection actions to ensure Customer Orders are not negatively impacted. Report On time delivery, production adherence and material status on daily basis to lead production smoothening and customer fulfilment, which would include rescheduling Job Orders to meet revised schedules. What You Bring Associates Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred or any advanced degree a benefit. 4-6 years’ experience in Planning/Supply chain in customer focused Manufacturing environment. APICS certifications preferred. Strong knowledge in Syteline ERP / MRP software which drives sales, customer demands, planning, purchasing, product structures and order fulfillment. Strong in data analytics and mathematical skills. Working knowledge in analytical tools, like Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Expert communications and strong interpersonal skills able to work with diverse group of colleagues and lead cross functional meetings. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are critical in this fast paced envrionment. Must be a team player and willing to assist others on the team and in the organization to be successful. Large volume of job orders maintenance and data entry/validation. Must be a US Citizen.
