Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 0 years of related experience.
  • Basic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
  • Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains current project schedules, schedule status and analysis with appropriate software.
  • Assists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements.
  • Assists in identifying required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.).
  • Assists in coordinating with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools.
  • Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis.
  • Generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
  • Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.
  • Manage machining production schedule and schedule status.
  • Manage production readiness schedule.
  • Generates production reports.
  • Communicate with technical support and operator teams for seamless production.
  • G-code and M-Code proficient writing and troubleshooting.
  • Generate tool paths and simulate operation using Cad Cam Software.
  • Setup and calibration of machines.
  • Selecting tools and understanding tool wear.
  • Diagnosing alarm or mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications to translate design into machine instructions.
