About The Position

•Develop and maintain integrated build plans and schedules supporting engineering prototypes and pre production builds •Translate engineering update plans, build documentation, BOMs, and change notices into executable build schedules and material plans •Coordinate cross functionally with engineering, material management, manufacturing, quality, and test teams to align scope, timing, and resource availability •Drive schedule adherence through daily and weekly execution reviews, progress tracking, and issue resolution •Balance capacity, labor, tooling, and facility constraints to optimize build flow and minimize downtime •Perform what if analyses to assess the impact of design changes, part shortages, or priority shifts •Support definition and execution of build readiness criteria and gates, including materials, drawings, approvals, and test readiness •Support preparation efforts for upcoming builds, including kitting, build documentation reviews, takt-time audits, and build quality checks •Monitor build execution against plan; proactively escalate blockers and re sequence work as directed to maintain progress •Maintain accurate schedules, trackers, and dashboards to support data driven decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in build planning, production scheduling, manufacturing engineering, or administrative technical program support
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated build plans and schedules for engineering prototypes, pre production, or pilot builds
  • Proficiency with PC based planning and scheduling tools, including MS Excel, MS Project, or similar applications
