The Opportunity The primary function of this position is to provide workload planning for a multiple skilled trade maintenance department (Electrical, HVAC/R, Mechanical, Plumbing, building maintenance, Rigger, and Movers) for the manufacturing, research/development laboratories, warehouse, and other facilities that make up the Lake County facilities including associated leased facilities. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning of work that includes estimating of labor hours and material, parts requisition, kitting of materials, and development of a ready backlog of work for the skilled trades.
