About The Position

The Maintenance Planner will lead and contribute to the successful utilization of Tririga, the preferred Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), for regional locations. Responsible for using Tririga on a daily basis in order to track, review, maintain, and communicate any work order related discrepancies, including inaccurate request entries, equipment type, crafts required, available hours, PM load leveling, work location, work order status, etc. Analyze and issue work orders to individual technicians or work teams, considering all impacting factors. Track work orders to ensure timely completion, assist in documentation of task status and expected completion dates, maintain integrity of data entry, bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required. Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the team documenting how work is planned, scheduled, and executed. Manage personnel and group performance in a way to best achieve account KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) Develop and generate value-added work order reports to local management team, ensure reports are issued within required time frames. Provide customer service by keeping an open line of communication with client requesting work. Ensuring any requested updates made to the work order have been first communicated to the client by self-performer or other operations team member. Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors. Work with team to gather data necessary to create and manage all preventive maintenance job plans for building assets. Provide system support and continuous training to maintenance technicians and operations leaders. Identifies and reports maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns. Supports cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives as directed. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years related work experience
  • Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Excel data manipulation
  • Previous experience with CMMS or Maintenance Scheduling
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong ability to analyze and make decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be dedicated to the highest quality and customer satisfaction
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Must be able to prioritize and organize multiple simultaneous tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
