YOUR MISSION Develop and deliver preseason parameters to Merchants, outlining budget allocations for style options while optimizing product flow and inventory turn. Partner with Merchants to establish seasonal strategies based on historical category/concept performance and aligned future investment priorities. Build, maintain and regularly adjust Omni Open to Buy inventory and sales plans. Manage a multi‑faceted business category across two countries and three sales channels. Influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership by providing data-driven recommendations supported by analytics and market insights. Create and manage markdown strategies that maximize profit and inventory liquidation across all three channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a compelling promotional strategy. Apply deep functional knowledge to support training of new hires and strengthen peer relationships. Lead analysis of historical product performance to identify trends, gaps, and missed opportunities. Build and maintain strong internal partnerships through effective communication and collaboration. YOUR TALENT 2+ years of experience in Planning, preferably within Retail Planning. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency with merchandising systems and related planning tools. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Experience working within a fashion or branded product environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets, develop reporting tools, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Demonstrated ability to take smart risks and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong financial acumen, including understanding of key profit drivers and how business decisions impact the bottom line. Ability to translate business strategies into realistic plans and drive successful execution. Proven ability to innovate, experiment, and convert insights into fresh, strategic concepts that advance the business. The hiring range base pay for this position is $57,000-$75,810 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate) Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
