About The Position

YOUR MISSION Develop and maintain quarterly visual sales and merchandising tools to support internal strategy meetings and product presentations. Track and update ETAs, product data, and line plan details within Excel-based tools to ensure accuracy and timely communication. Manage sample ordering, tracking, cataloging, and organization to support sales, merchandising, and cross-functional teams. Contribute to weekly business reviews and cross-functional meetings by providing operational updates and actionable insights. Execute key operational processes including order entry, shipment coordination, tracking document, and administrative support. Capture and distribute detailed meeting notes to drive alignment and follow-up actions. Maintain and update Matrix and Assortment planning tools for in-season and pre-season product assortments. Strengthen market awareness through ongoing analysis of U.S. product trends and the footwear competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams to drive collaboration and results
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, initiative, and a results-driven approach
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

  • Available to work 20+ hours per week with ability to commute to Somerville, MA
