About The Position

Join a High-Impact Litigation Team – Paralegal Opportunity in Dublin, Ohio! Aspen Careers is partnering with a growing plaintiff-side personal injury and mass tort firm in Dublin, Ohio to hire an experienced Paralegal. This is an opportunity to step into a critical role where your discovery expertise and litigation skills will directly impact case outcomes. The Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff experience strongly preferred) Strong hands-on experience drafting and responding to discovery Ability to independently manage high-volume plaintiff caseloads without becoming overwhelmed Proven e-filing experience in Ohio courts (county systems vary — must be proficient) Experience setting depositions and filing deposition notices Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting discovery interviews Experience coordinating with medical providers for records and reports Self-starter mentality — able to hit the ground running with minimal training Mass tort experience preferred About the Firm: Ohio plaintiff personal injury firm focusing on toxic torts, vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and other negligence claims Seasoned litigators with extensive trial and settlement experience Family-led practice emphasizing personalized client communication and support Strong client reviews highlighting professionalism, compassion, and results Serves Dublin, Columbus, Cincinnati, and surrounding Ohio communities What’s in it for You? Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff experience strongly preferred)
