About The Position

Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group LLP, one of the premier personal injury litigation firms in New York City, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team! You will a member of one of our litigation teams, working under the direction of one of our senior attorneys.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a paralegal for a NEW YORK plaintiff's personal injury litigation firm (this is a deal breaker)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus

Responsibilities

• Preparation of a wide range legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, et al)
• Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate
• Communicating with clients
• Record and store client information in our case management system
• Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial
