Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Applied Systems Epic or similar insurance platforms
Prior experience working with insurance carriers or underwriting teams

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal sales agents to receive client information and requirements (25%)
Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate terms (25%)
Manage proposal preparation, documentation, and carrier follow-up processes (25%)
Maintain accurate records in insurance systems and ensure timely data entry and documentation (15%)
Support internal teams with questions, issue resolution, and promote TRICOR in the community (10%)
