About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance accounts by providing exceptional service to clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored insurance solutions and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, paired with a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Advisor, or similar role within the personal lines insurance field.
Experience working with high-net-worth clientele.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage types.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and trust.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in insurance management platforms/software and basic office tools such as MS Office Suite.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance accounts, including onboarding, renewals, reviewing policies, and resolving inquiries.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer experiences that align with their unique insurance needs.
Provide guidance and advice on customized personal lines insurance products such as home, auto, liability, and other coverages suited to high-net-worth clients.
Identify, evaluate, and communicate potential risk exposures and develop insurance and risk management strategies for clients.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as underwriters, carriers, and brokers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends, policy changes, market developments, and emerging risks that could impact clients.
Maintain accurate records and document all interactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all customer service milestones and service level expectations are met within established timelines.
