About The Position

Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented PL Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Requirements

Previous experience in account management, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is an advantage.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support for Account Managers in managing client portfolios.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Ensure data accuracy by updating and maintaining account records in the system.
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports to support Account Managers during meetings.
Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and innovation for team and client needs.
Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless transitions.
