The Associate Account Consultant is a member of the Agency Development Consulting team for the customer service center. Reporting to the director, PL Operations, CSC agency development, this position is responsible for helping to deliver a best-in-class experience for our agents enrolled in the Customer Service Center (CSC) and to drive their overall engagement with our organization. This role will collaborate with teammates and other Personal Lines stakeholders, to help provide agents with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful.
