About The Position

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented line cooks to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury culinary environment. This role requires precision, strong time management, consistency, and a genuine passion for culinary excellence. Line cooks play a critical role in the success of service by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining organized and sanitary workstations, and collaborating closely with culinary leadership and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and the highest standards of food quality and execution. YOUR ROLE Set up and organize the station according to the restaurant's fine diningstandards. Prepareall food items with precision and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to sanitation and timingrequirements. Followestablished recipes,portioncontrols, and presentation guidelines as defined by theChef. Restockandmaintainstation supplies throughout the shift, ensuring readiness andefficiency. Upholdexceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational practices,maintaininga clean and orderly workstation. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of how to properlyoperateand maintain all kitchen equipment. Assistinmaintainingthe cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Take onadditionalresponsibilities as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager. Skillfully prepare a variety of dishes, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items, with an emphasis on French culinary techniques. Properly cover, date, and store all prepared food items in compliance with safety standards. Utilize food preparation toolsin accordance withmanufacturer instructions and restaurant protocols. Follow the closingprotocol meticulouslyto ensure the kitchen is properly secured and ready for the next service. Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs toassistin any tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the kitchen. Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Prepare and stretch fresh dough by hand, ensuring consistency in texture, thickness, and presentation aligned with fine dining standards. Operate and manage a high-temperature pizza oven (wood-fired or gas),maintainingprecise cooking times and temperatures foroptimalresults. Assemble and execute pizzas using high-quality ingredients, ensuring proper balance, portioning, and refined presentation in line with the restaurant’s standards. This is not anexhaustedlist of job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
