Requirements

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and specifications.
• Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping.
• Top pizzas with fresh ingredients, sauces, and cheeses.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
