About The Position

The restaurant is seeking a competent and experienced Pizza Cook with a passion for food and strong time management abilities to provide clients with an exceptional dining experience. The role involves ensuring meals are made precisely to guest orders while consistently following standard recipes. The ideal candidate must be adept in various cooking techniques such as poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying, to work a variety of stations. Key responsibilities include crafting authentic pizzas with meticulous attention to detail, expertly handling dough from preparation to baking, and mastering the operation of a wood-fired oven. The position requires a team player who can effectively communicate with other kitchen staff, maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and contribute to menu development and special pizza creations. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.
