The square and round pizzas are the anchors of the menu, along with house-made pastas, veggies, and shareable plates created by Executive Chef Brian Ellis. The bar specializes in espresso, wine, and cocktails using a curated selection of amari and vermouth. The Pizza Cook is responsible for pizza preparation, cooking, and presentation according to Parla’s specifications.
