Requirements

Knowledge of pizza preparation cooking techniques and ingredients.
Experience in a pizza kitchen is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
A valid food handlers card.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas, calzones, and other items according to Grimaldi's Standards.
Monitor the coal in our ovens to ensure the temperature and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked correctly.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
Restock pizza ingredients as needed and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
