Join the Opening Team at Rosati’s Pizza! A brand-new Rosati’s Pizza location is opening in early May in Rhinelander, and we are looking for motivated Pizza Cooks to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to help launch a locally owned and operated restaurant in a brand-new construction building and be part of building a strong team from day one. Rosati’s Pizza is known as “Chicago’s Greatest Thin Crust Pizza.” Our company is built on family values, work ethic, and teamwork. Job Summary As a Pizza Cook, you’ll stay busy preparing delicious pizzas using Rosati’s family recipes. You’ll be responsible for assembling pizzas, baking different styles of dough, and ensuring every order meets our quality standards. To thrive in this role, previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to hustle during busy shifts while supporting your teammates. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, making this a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the restaurant industry.

Requirements

Experience preparing or baking pizza doughs is preferred but not required
Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment is helpful
Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and move throughout the kitchen
Comfortable working in warm kitchen temperatures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the facility
Ability to follow directions and prepare menu items consistently
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas from the menu and based on custom customer orders
Bake a variety of pizza doughs including traditional thin crust, double dough, and Chicago-style deep dish
Perform line cook tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
Monitor food stock levels and notify management when items need to be reordered
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station
Properly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and quality standards
