About The Position

Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, Arizona is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pizza cook, at a newly renovated clubhouse, brand new kitchen and dining facilities. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred.
• Obtain and maintain current food service certification.
• Basic knife skills to prep the station, basic pizza making skills
• Prior experience working in the kitchen of a fine dining facility at a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu in accordance with club recipes, standards and quality in a timely manner.
• Notifies Chef of any shortages.
• Sets up, maintains and breaks down pizza station.
• Practices cleanliness throughout shift & cleans workstation when finished
• Know and execute recipe standards and specifications.
• Must operate in a safe manner at all times.
