Responsibilities
- Lead teams across multiple buildings as needed
- Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are met
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Track labor hours and assist with budget management
- Place weekly supply orders
- Communicate updates in hours, procedures, or policies
- Work closely with the Account Manager
- Learn all positions in assigned buildings to provide coverage when needed
- Identify additional service opportunities (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)
