Requirements

Demonstrated capability to operate heavy equipment or willingness to learn pit loader operations
Strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and following established procedures
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a production team
Attention to detail and basic mechanical understanding of mobile equipment
Ability to perform physical work in outdoor and industrial settings
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

Safely operate pit loader equipment to load raw materials efficiently and accurately
Monitor material quality and production flow to maintain consistent plant operations
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow site safety procedures while working around mobile equipment and extracting materials
Communicate effectively with plant and pit teams to support production goals
