This role is responsible for leading cross‑functional projects from development through launch, ensuring disciplined execution aligned with Kenvue’s operating model, innovation playbooks, and project management standards. The individual will own the integrated project plan and partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives on time and in a compliant, reliable manner. Success in this role requires strong business and technical acumen, the ability to proactively manage risk and resolve issues, and confidence presenting recommendations at governance forums. The position also plays a key role in advancing project management excellence through continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of business/work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years of proven success in management of new product commercialization or renovation projects from ideation through to benefit realization.
  • Ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams at all levels of the organization without direct line authority.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to distill complex issues, risks, and trade‑offs for senior leaders
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with working knowledge of financial principles and project evaluation methods to support sound recommendations
  • Inclusive leader who delivers results through collaboration, trust, and constructive challenge
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and acting as a change agent to improve ways of working
  • Proven track record of delivering projects in fast-paced environments, balancing scope, quality, timeline, and cost
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree or MBA or other advanced degree
  • PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certification
  • Experience working in Consumer Goods industry.
  • Experience in a GMP or regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC)
  • Experience in Process Excellence / 6 Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from development through launch and execution in accordance with Kenvue’s Operating Model, project management and innovation playbooks, standards, and tools.
  • Provide overall project management for regional or global, cross‑functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
  • Proactively support teams by removing execution barriers, escalating issues as needed, and engaging key decision‑makers when projects deviate from plan.
  • Own the integrated project execution plan, including inputs to scope, business case, schedule, and launch timing.
  • Oversee and drive team activities to deliver project objectives in a compliant, reliable, and timely manner.
  • Plan and facilitate project activities including planning sessions, team meetings, decision forums, and documentation of actions and minutes.
  • Track critical milestones, establish contingency and acceleration plans, and lead issue resolution and risk management efforts.
  • Apply strong business acumen, technical expertise, and sound judgment to assess risk, develop mitigation strategies, and appropriately elevate issues.
  • Lead preparation and delivery of project updates, stage‑gate reviews, and recommendations for governance forums; serve as an independent advisor making Go/No‑Go recommendations and clearly communicating risks and trade‑offs.
  • Develop deep understanding of assigned Segment, Brand, or Need State strategies, business goals, technologies, and supply chain to enable sound decision‑making from charter through design, development, and launch.
  • Leverage project metrics and lessons learned to improve business outcomes, processes, and tools; contribute to building project management capability through coaching, supporting peers, and participation in Communities of Practice.
  • Maintain accurate project and portfolio data to support tracking, reporting, and visibility across all organizational levels.
