Pipeline Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Morgan Properties is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Pipeline Maintenance Service Technician with prior apartment maintenance experience to ensure their communities run smoothly. As a Pipeline Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues related to HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You will also ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws. Morgan Properties, established in 1985, is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, owning and managing a multifamily portfolio of over 400 apartment communities and 110,000 units across 22 states, with over 2,600 employees.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
- High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
- Respond to maintenance tickets.
- Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
- Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.
