About The Position

Pipelayers/Laborers are needed. Heimes Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to lay water, septic, and storm pipe. Heimes Corporation is a construction company based out of Omaha, Nebraska. Heimes Corp. provides a wide range of services including but not limited to: Excavating, Underground Utilities, Recycled Concrete, Plumbing, Directional Drilling, Fiber Splicing, Underground Storage Tanks, Wrecking, Transportation, and Hazardous Materials Cleanup/Hauling (ESI). Assist crews with needed manual labor on underground pipe construction jobs. Job is physically intense and requires shoveling, bending, stooping, and carrying over 50lbs. Experience laying water, sewer, and storm pipe preferred but we can train as well. Experience operating heavy equipment is also helpful. Clean driving record also preferred. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and abide by DOT regulations. Zero tolerance policy for cell phone use while behind the wheel (including hands free devices). We utilize the E-Verify system for employment eligibility. For construction safety reasons applicant must speak and understand the English language. Pay varies depending on previous experience.
