About The Position

We are a Heavy Highway Union Contracting Company performing public work looking for experienced Pipe Foreman and Layers. Pipe Foreman Summary & Requirements: Laying out work weeks ahead to ensure materials and equipment are ready for the project schedule Reading blueprints, plans, and surveys Developing grades and making necessary adjustments if changes occur Generating daily work logs and applying cost codes and quantities Ensuring safety compliance on all activities Communicating with owner, management and coworkers to assist in project coordination Delegating tasks to team members and holding them accountable Minimum 5 years’ experience in deep trench work, and pipe laying sanitary, storm, and water mainline utilities Minimum 2 years’ experience running jobs. Competency with smart phones and tablets\computers, Heavy Job, HCSS Willingness to work additional hours, if necessary, to complete projects on-time and on-budget Ability to professionally represent the company in all endeavors Ability to train and mentor others to perform at acceptable levels Pipe Layer Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in deep trench work and pipe laying storm, sewer, and water mainline utilities Concrete, roadway and grading experience within heavy highway construction strongly preferred. Compensation is based on experience. Our company conducts random drug testing and participates in the E-Verify program.

Requirements
