Part-Time Pilates Trainer Overview of the Job: Columbia Association (CA) is looking for part-time enthusiastic and business-minded Pilates Trainers to join our team! Requirements

  • Possession of an approved certification (i.e., Peak Pilates, Balanced Body, Power Pilates, Basi Pilates, The Labor, others)
  • Applicants must be available at least 2 hours a week, including weekdays, evenings (and potentially weekends and holidays).
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates core principles, fundamentals, and anatomy as related to Pilates.
  • At least 30hrs of Pilates training experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals with a positive and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (on job certification available)

Responsibilities

  • Collect Pilates intake paperwork and speak with clients about their goals and physical well-being to meet their needs.
  • Deliver Pilates programming suitable for multi-level small groups (up to 7) in addition to tailor Pilates programing for individual and partner clients.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their workout programs as needed.
  • Provide ongoing motivation, support, and encouragement to help clients stay focused and committed.
