Duties and Responsibilities: Takes court reservation times as needed under club rules. Maintains up-to-date miscellaneous information regarding play, etc. to provide to players as they check in. Answers pickleball shop telephone(s). Checks players in and collects fees. Processes charges using computer application and POS system Assists with displaying pickleball shop merchandise. Performs daily inventory count. Assists in preparation of Pickleball programs and tournaments. Assists customers in selection of merchandise. Keeps up with weekly programing and upcoming special events to promote to members as well as taking an active role in pre and post event duties. Communicates with the Ritz-Carlton Concierge and Member Concierge. Relays messages and assists in maintaining lesson bookings for pickleball professionals. Cleans and straightens pickleball shop daily. Restocks supplies daily. Assists Pickleball Professionals in every day duties. Assists other Pickleball staff, as needed. Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education: Retail experience preferred. Computer experience is preferred. Excellent communication and public relations skills required. Must be able to greet members and guest in a friendly, courteous manner. Pickleball knowledge preferred. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
