About The Position
Consistent weekly pay, dependable hours, and a warehouse position built for people who show up and get the job done. We’re expanding our warehouse team and bringing on reliable associates to support daily shipping, order processing, and inventory movement. This role is designed for individuals who prefer active work, clear expectations, and a structured environment where teamwork and accuracy matter. No warehouse experience is required — you’ll receive full, paid training starting on your first shift. Pay & Work Schedule: Weekly pay by direct deposit Competitive hourly compensation Full-time and part-time openings Multiple shift options, including day, evening, and weekend schedules Overtime opportunities available and paid at a higher rate Reliable scheduling with optional extra hours
Requirements
- Consistent attendance and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to stay active throughout the shift (standing, walking, lifting)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
- Openness to learning new tools and warehouse processes
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and scan items using handheld equipment
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments
- Verify quantities and complete basic accuracy checks
- Restock picking areas and assist with inventory organization
- Keep workstations clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily output goals
