About The Position

Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position. We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer with at least 3 years of warehouse experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using RF scanners, smart devices, or warehouse management systems.

Requirements

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in picking and packing roles
• Experience using RF scanners, smart devices, or inventory computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from inventory shelves using order slips or digital pick lists
• Pack orders securely and neatly according to packaging standards
• Scan and track items using RF scanners, smart devices, or warehouse software
• Verify product quality, quantity, and accuracy before packaging
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain an organized and clean packing station
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory counts and basic data entry if required
• Support warehouse operations as needed to meet fulfillment goals
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
