About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Picker/Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and providing support in various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50+lbs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

Packing kits per kit requirements, using inventory items with exact quantities
Maintaining inventory levels
Scheduling shipments and logistics, verifying the contents of outgoing shipments
Determining methods and affixing shipping labels with identifying information, charges and payment information
Packing containers with fillers, spacers and protective padding ,and securing cartons and containers
Documenting and sending returned shipments of damaged, defective, or unsold products
Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
Taking and managing inventory and keeping the area secured
Organizing and maintaining the stockroom through cataloging and cleaning on a scheduled basis
Maintaining all computerized shipping and distribution records and compiling reports for management
Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation
Performs other duties as assigned
