About The Position
Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position. Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM Monday - Friday Plus Overtime Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support warehouse operations by accurately picking, inspecting, and packing clothing items for shipment. This role ensures order accuracy, product quality, and timely fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting.
Requirements
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items (up to 30 lbs).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pick clothing items from inventory shelves based on order slips or digital pick lists
- Inspect garments for quality, size, and accuracy
- Pack items securely and neatly according to packing guidelines
- Label packages accurately and prepare for shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
