About The Position

Job Requirements: Ability to read & understand basic work instructions. Basic knowledge of tablet and RFID technology. Strong attention to detail. Ability to operate an electric pallet jack. (Arrow will provide certification, if needed). Dependable, proactive and team oriented. Must have reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Work overtime as required to meet production demand. Job Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Work with urgency to meet tight shipping deadlines. Notify the Supervisor of any issues or discrepancies with orders or any issues that affect shipping efficiency. Must fulfill daily performance standard rates which will be reviewed monthly with HR and department Supervisor. Support continuous improvement projects for Inventory Management. Learn to use employee self-service platform (UKG) to view paystubs and benefits, change contact information, change or add direct deposit. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
