About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to read & understand basic work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of tablet and RFID technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jack. (Arrow will provide certification, if needed).
- Dependable, proactive and team oriented.
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work overtime as required to meet production demand.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work with urgency to meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Notify the Supervisor of any issues or discrepancies with orders or any issues that affect shipping efficiency.
- Must fulfill daily performance standard rates which will be reviewed monthly with HR and department Supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement projects for Inventory Management.
- Learn to use employee self-service platform (UKG) to view paystubs and benefits, change contact information, change or add direct deposit.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
