About The Position

The Personal Injury Team Lead is responsible for the success, training, support and coaching of the case managers. They work hand-in-hand with the Team Members designated to address issues timely. The position ensures cases are moving according to acceptable firm standards.

Requirements

• Must be a active Rob Levine Law employee.
• At least 1 year preferably 2 years of experience as a Back End Case Manager.

Responsibilities

• Train new Team Members in department specific tasks
• Develop training curriculum with PI Management and Learning and Development
• Resolve logistical/technology issues
• Monitor key performance indicators for team
• Client Contacting to firm standards
• Liability is resolved in a timely manger
• Clients medical management completed to firm standards
• DP’s are moved timely
• PSS’s are moved timely
• Meetings with Designated Team
• Meeting with PI Manager – As needed
