About The Position

At Father Joe’s Villages, you’ll practice medicine where compassion and quality care truly make a difference. As part of our Village Health Center, you will deliver integrated medical, behavioral health, substance use, and specialty care to individuals experiencing homelessness. You will be supported by a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with our street health team and have direct access to on-site resources, including our new detoxification facility and recuperative care program, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, whole-person care and meaningful patient relationships. As a Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care to individuals experiencing homelessness, many of whom have complex and unmet medical needs. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a setting where your work directly improves patient outcomes and quality of life. Working within an interdisciplinary care model, you will partner closely with behavioral health, case management, and substance use teams to address the full spectrum of patient needs. This integrated approach supports continuity of care, strengthens patient relationships, and enables more effective, whole-person treatment. In addition to direct care, you will contribute to care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of services designed specifically for underserved populations - all within a culture grounded in dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
