About The Position

Serve as an Oncology Surgeon with Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) evaluating patients, conducting biopsies and developing treatment plans. Occasionally assisting with cross coverage of the general surgery clinics. Physicians may render care in unusually complex or critical diagnoses or treatment with serious threat to life. Privileges are granted for both inpatient and outpatient clinical areas including.

Requirements

• 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory

Responsibilities

• Admission to the service
• History and Physical Examination
• Diagnosis and preoperative, operative, and postoperative management of patients to correct or treat, diseases, disorders, and injuries.
• Referrals and requests for consultations
• Consultation within the scope of privileges
• Supervision of allied health professionals within the service
